All members of the PTI Team have access to a company-funded health and wellness benefit which they can use for personal development, health-related expenses or the unexpected. We value our employees and pride ourselves on treating every individual with professionalism, respect and consideration.

At PTI, our vision is to be the bridge for former military, first responders and government employees as they transition from active duty and the public service to meaningful civilian employment.

PTI’s mission is to build a strong team of former military personnel, first responders and government employees by offering meaningful employment opportunities that utilize the extensive skills and experience these individuals possess while supporting them as they take their careers to the next level.

We seek to secure contracts with the provincial and federal governments and private industry in sectors that match the areas of expertise of our present and future employees thus giving them an opportunity to grow and be part of a new network of professionals.
